About

XHAND1 is a five-finger dexterous robotic hand designed for high-precision manipulation, featuring fully direct-drive joints, tactile sensing, and high degrees of freedom for complex tasks, AI training, and force-controlled manipulation.

Specs

XHAND1 is a 12-DOF fully direct-drive dexterous robotic hand with five fingers (thumb and index: 3 DOF each; other fingers: 2 DOF each). It includes high-resolution tactile sensors on all five fingertips (120–300 sensing points per finger) capable of detecting 3D force with 0.05 N resolution and temperature sensing. The hand provides 80 N maximum grip strength, up to 25 kg lifting capacity, and ±0.20 mm fingertip repeatability. It supports force control, position control, and EtherCAT/RS485 communication, with compatibility for ROS, Linux, and SDKs in C++ and Python.
