Validation feature is OK, gives a general review of competitors, but doesn’t provide a any detail of the metrics of its measurements. Website name generator is not good, and the logo generator is a massive waste of time and resources. Potentially good for something very transactional, came up very short for my project. Not better than a trained GPT.

I subscribed to buy the plan, it accepted my credit card information and then told me that I hadn't upgraded. Now I can't see my account and whether I'm going to be billed after 7 days. Matthew, I sent an email through your platform - if you can advise if this can be corrected? Thanks..Lana

Hi Lana, Thank you so much for trying AIdea Catalyst. I am sorry to hear about your frustration. I received your emails and I am going to respond to them separately. In any event, I wanted to assure you that your credit card will not be charged. Also, FYI, for the future, here are the steps that you would go through to manually cancel your account: (1) login to the app, (2) choose any plan that you previously created, (3) click on the Account button in the lower left corner, (4) click on the link in the Accounts page to go to Stripe payment console. I hope this solves the problem you reported. If there is anything else I can help with, please let me know. -- Matthew
