I purchased the 3 month subscription, plus the add on of $49 for the cover letter upgrade. Nothing was happening on my account even with me turning down how broad I want to go to expanded on the opportunities, still nothing. I also submitted two support tickets with no answer. Then I sent an email directly to them and I received no response. When i went back today my account was no longer there and no ability to cancel. I contacted my bank , got a new card and did a charge back for fraud. You should do the same.
