A Rebellion of Rage
In a small Indian town, rumors of a mysterious snake draining the milk of women and cows spread fear and paranoia among the residents. In their ignorance, they begin to kill random snakes, leading to a curse known as Rahu dosha. To overcome this curse, they are advised to caress and worship a dog, Sheru, symbolizing power and strength, much like their political leaders who refer to themselves as Sher.
However, when Sheru contracts rabies, the disease spreads rapidly, transforming people into violent, zombie-like creatures. A team of scientists, led by the determined Dr. Nalini, develops a vaccine called "New Man", which can prevent infection, but also has a sinister connotation, echoing the political concept of creating a "new man" with a single ideology.
As the apocalypse unfolds, the scientists must navigate the moral dilemma of saving those who haven't been infected, while condemning infected individuals to death. The streets become a battleground, with vigilante groups, led by the fierce Akshara, fighting to contain the outbreak.
