Hi Thomas, you seem to have misunderstood a few things. It is not true that our reports provide no specifics - since you didn’t purchase a report you wouldn’t be able to know all the information we provide. It is also not true that only subscriptions are available - we DO offer single report purchases (we’ve already sold hundreds of one-off reports) as well as monthly subscriptions, which are powered by Stripe and can be cancelled any time. As you know Stripe is a trusted payment provider and you can cancel subscriptions in their billing portal (no need to run to any bank). We’ve already explained this in response to your email and we are disappointed you are spreading false information. We hope you will rectify your mistake. Thank you.
