For example, were they scans, images, or PDFs? Were they in English? The more detail you can provide, the better we can understand the issue and make targeted improvements. Regarding your concerns about security, please rest assured that we do not store any user documents. All processing is done in real-time, and the documents are deleted immediately after. We currently use the DeepSeek large language model, and you can refer to their privacy policy for more information. We understand the importance of data privacy, and we're also considering using open-source models that we can host ourselves to provide even greater control over user data. FreeParser is still a small project run by two AI enthusiasts. We're not a company, so we may not have as much publicly available information as some larger services. However, we're working hard to improve, and we hope to provide a better user experience for everyone. New registered users currently get 30 free credits, which is enough to process around 30 pages of documents.
