Hi Eugene, thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re truly sorry for the confusion. We understand how frustrating it can be when pricing isn’t clear upfront.
Just to clarify, the $19/month plan was removed a few weeks ago. Our base plan now starts at $29/month, which gives you access to JustCall’s essential features, and you can add the AI Voice Agent as an add-on for an additional cost.
But to your point, yes, the AI Voice Agent as a stand alone feature starts at $149/month.
We should have communicated these changes more clearly, and we truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. If you’d like, we’d be happy to walk you through the different options available and ensure you’re on the right plan for your needs.
