Soulkyn has been the best AI service I've used. I've been a premium user for a year now and the dev team (of 1 person!) and CEO have continued to improve the site and remain active in the community and discord. They continually update the chat model for improved user experience, and despite the occasional set back and need to roll back to an earlier model, the chat quality continues to improve. I personally appreciate that they want the user experience to improve. There are no copyrighted characters allowed, so the site only has original characters instead of a flood of the same anime girl. I'll continue supporting Soulkyn as it's only improved since I've started using it.

The site feels polished and easy to navigate, which makes it comfortable to use for longer sessions. Chat responses are generally natural, and the roleplay holds up better than I expected. Video generation is a cool bonus that adds immersion without feeling gimmicky. Not perfect, but definitely one of the better options in this space right now.

I've tried quite a few AI chat tools, and this one stands out for how easy it is to use. The interface is clean, navigation feels intuitive, and it doesn't take long to get into a conversation. The video generation feature is a nice addition and makes the characters feel more present compared to text and static images alone. Chats require payment after a while, but the pricing for the highest-quality models is still much lower than other platforms. Character selection is a bit limited, though creating new ones is fairly straightforward.

Tried the new video feature and yeah… this changes things. Characters feel a lot more “alive” compared to most companion AIs that are still text + static pics only.
