Mindgrasp was the best upgrade from using Chat GPT for school cuz I can upload anything I want and get help from the AI and it’s really detailed notes and answers. It’s cheap too I only pay 9.99 per month

I actually think this is the best AI tool i’ve ever used and i’ve been using it for about a year and a half now - even before chat gpt. Literally will tell you anything you need to know about any file or video it’s insane

I signed up for a free trial. They immediately charged my credit card $57, so I cancelled within 30 minutes. 3 weeks later, I am still battling them to get my refund and they are not answering my emails. I can't speak for the product because I really didn't use it. I can only speak to how they treat customers. My recommendation...do not use them until they get their customer service and accounting issues together. If you decided to use them, be prepared to fight for your money.
