Soulkyn has been the best AI service I've used. I've been a premium user for a year now and the dev team (of 1 person!) and CEO have continued to improve the site and remain active in the community and discord. They continually update the chat model for improved user experience, and despite the occasional set back and need to roll back to an earlier model, the chat quality continues to improve. I personally appreciate that they want the user experience to improve. There are no copyrighted characters allowed, so the site only has original characters instead of a flood of the same anime girl. I'll continue supporting Soulkyn as it's only improved since I've started using it.

RoleChar AI makes some big promises, but the experience falls flat fast. You’re limited to just 15 messages before being forced to upgrade, and even getting started requires a login. Once inside, the variety of bots is underwhelming, leaving users with few real choices. The chat itself doesn’t do much better. Instead of feeling immersive, RoleChar often echoes back what you said rather than letting the character respond naturally. The lack of a calling function is another missed opportunity, and the memory is especially weak — the AI struggles to remember even core details, breaking continuity and making conversations frustrating. When stacked against Character AI, the gap is clear. Character AI delivers better immersion, stronger memory, and a far richer selection of companions without these paywalls and restrictions. For RoleChar AI to improve, it needs to fix memory, expand character variety, and drop the restrictive message cap. Until then, it’s hard to recommend over competitors that already offer a smoother, more engaging, and cost-free experience.

Cant really say much for the performance on this one as i didnt get to the chatting phase, was put off by the lack of options for my tastes, the lack of a milf tag suprised me greatly, and the 'non human' tag is contradictory as theres a prohibition on using animals even as comic relief (i tried to add an overly friendly family dog humping her leg to make it a little funnier but was stopped quickly by a popup text telling me any involvement of animals was prohibited)

I don't think you set your preferences in the profile. Also I don't know about the popup and the tag you searched is available /tags/milf.

All preferences were set, i checked them three times as i have a habit of missing keys on my phone and mispellin, and no the milf doesnt, each time i typed in in i was given no available tag

Interesting chat which seems to support other languages, but there was a wierd bug while logged in with my account, I could read some chats of others... when I relogged everything was ok again. Had an small amount of credits to try it out. Edit: Bug was fixed fast by developer.
