A Flask web application that generates professional legal documents using OpenAI's GPT-4 API and ReportLab for PDF generation.

Installation

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone <repository-url>
   cd instantlegal-ai

2. Create a virtual environment and activate it:

   python -m venv venv
   source venv/bin/activate  # On Windows: venv\Scripts\activate

3. Install dependencies:

   pip install -r requirements.txt

4. Create a .env file in the root directory with the following variables:

   FLASK_APP=app.py
   FLASK_ENV=development
   OPENAI_API_KEY=your_openai_api_key_here
   SECRET_KEY=your_secret_key_here

5. Run the application:

   flask run

6. Open your browser and navigate to http://localhost:5000

Usage

1. Select a document type from the dropdown menu
2. Fill in your business details
3. Choose protection level and any special clauses
4. Click "Generate Document Now"
5. Download your generated PDF document
