Krea 2 Raw is the base release checkpoint of the Krea 2 text-to-image diffusion model, prior to additional post-training and fine-tuning. Built on a Diffusion Transformer architecture with 12 billion parameters, it generates images from natural-language text prompts. This checkpoint is not recommended for direct inference use; its primary purpose is as a foundation for fine-tuning, LoRA training, and post-training research. LoRAs trained on Raw are designed to be transferred and used with the Krea 2 Turbo checkpoint. The model supports inference via Diffusers, the official Krea 2 codebase, and SGLang. It was trained on a combination of publicly available, licensed third-party, and synthetic data, with filtering applied to reduce harmful and low-quality content. Released under the Krea 2 Community License as an open-weight model.
