About

An electric-powered subsea robot designed to perform underwater operations such as aquaculture management, oil pipeline repair, and seabed scanning without putting human lives at risk.
Source in text: “Imagine a robot that can manage aquaculture projects, repair oil pipelines and scan seabeds — all without risking a single human life.

Specs

Aquanaut is an electrically powered subsea robot capable of operating in two modes: as an autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) and as a remotely operated vehicle (ROV). It can transform between these modes depending on the task. The robot is designed to perform subsea inspection, maintenance, and operational work without requiring topside platforms or complex infrastructure, and it runs entirely on electricity with zero CO₂ emissions.
