IRB 760
About
A high-speed, heavy-payload 4-axis industrial robot designed to move and rotate large, heavy products with precision, optimized for palletizing, press tending, and high-throughput production lines.
Specs
The IRB 760 is a 4-axis large industrial robot with a reach of 3.18 m and a payload capacity of up to 450 kg. It achieves up to 450 cycles per hour and up to 880 cycles per hour at full load in optimized palletizing cycles. Designed for high-speed full-layer palletizing and press tending, it features a high-torque wrist, compact design for line integration, and ABB QuickMove™ and TrueMove™ motion control for smooth, precise handling. The IRB 760PT variant targets press automation in the automotive industry and can be equipped with a linear seventh axis or Twin Xbar system to optimize space and eliminate part reorientation between stamping operations.
