About
Reachy 2 is an open-source humanoid robot designed for embodied AI development and real-world object manipulation. It is a modular bimanual mobile manipulator that supports teleoperation, Python control, and ROS2 integration for AI and robotics research.
Specs
Reachy 2 features modular 7-DoF robotic arms with human-like proportions, capable of lifting up to 3 kg per arm. It runs on ROS2 Humble, supports Python SDK control and VR teleoperation, and is powered by a CPU-based system compatible with modern AI frameworks. The mobile version includes a three-omniwheel base with LiDAR and multiple sensors for navigation. It is available in single-arm or dual-arm configurations, with or without mobile base.
