TRON 1
About
A multi-modal biped robot designed as an accessible research platform for humanoid and embodied intelligence studies, featuring modular foot configurations, open SDKs, and strong simulation-to-real support.
Specs
TRON 1 is a multi-modal biped research robot featuring a three-in-one modular foot-end system that supports point-foot, sole, and wheeled configurations for diverse locomotion research. It provides quick assembly and disassembly, automatic hardware recognition with software adaptation, and a fully open SDK with hardware interfaces. The platform supports Python-based development, comprehensive URDF models to minimize the Sim2Real gap, and compatibility with major simulation environments such as NVIDIA Isaac, MuJoCo, and Gazebo. Optional expansion kits include robotic arms for mobile manipulation, voice interaction modules with NVIDIA NX and microphone arrays, and sensor kits integrating LiDAR and depth cameras for perception and navigation research.
