Helped me build a customized AM/PM stack of supplements that took into account my goals, current meds and supplements, and current health conditions. It generated a shopping list for me with actual product links and helped me compare similar products to decide on the best options. It also ruled out a few recommendations once I supplied a list of my current meds due to interactions. The tool was very collaborative and personable - it was like having a conversation with a real person who has vast knowledge of supplements.
