Sim Theory Review The support that simtheory.ai claims they will provide is useless and non existent! After being triple billed it took me over a month to get the issue corrected and get refunded money I was overcharged. It took numerous emails and after threatening to cancel all payments I FINALLY received contact and a bill correction. The actual simtheory support agent even commented in his replay email that “our customer support is sh%t!” At least they recognize the issue, sad part is they seem not to care. After getting the billing corrected I found that I was locked out of my account with the registered owner email so I submitted another support ticket. Three support tickets, two emails, four support chat requests (which assured me they were escalating the issue and I would be contacted THAT DAY or even within 4 hours and I still have not heard from this group. I now have months of working on a project and chat history that I can’t access which means recreating the whole project and believe me it won’t be in this garbage system. My experience is that they will gladly take your money and as long as you have no questions or problems you are probably OK, it does what it is advertised to do as far as functionality, but if you need support you are screwed as they seem not to understand the meaning of the word, support. Even after trying to contact Canva who recently purchased them I have had absolutely no contact from them. I even registered for sales to reach out as I am a director of training but still no response. I have been using software and the internet since dial up modems and this is without a doubt the worst customer service experience I have ever received in 40 years. Further more their support and FAQ documentation is pitiful. If you are looking for this type of AI platform, trust me and look elsewhere! Run from these folks!!!
