On two consecutive Saturdays, the bustling halls of Angeles City Science High School buzzed with a different kind of energy. It was not the usual fervor of students rushing to classes but the hum of anticipation for an enriching in-service training titled "Refining Research: Progress Check and Output Evaluation." February 17, 2024: As the sun stretched its rays over the school grounds, teachers and staff gathered with eager hearts on February 17th. The morning breeze carried a sense of excitement as we prepared to delve into the world of research refinement. The program commenced with a solemn prayer, uniting us in purpose and humility. Mrs. Esperanza G. Nabong, our esteemed principal, graced us with her welcoming remarks, setting the tone for a day of growth and collaboration. Her words resonated with sincerity, reminding us of the importance of continuous learning in our noble profession. With anticipation in the air, Mrs. Cherry Lou Aguas took the stage to introduce our esteemed resource speaker, Mrs. Almaflor C. David. As Assistant School Principal and a beacon of wisdom, Mrs. David's presence promised insights that would enrich our teaching practices. February 24, 2024: A week later, on February 24th, the school once again brimmed with enthusiasm as we reconvened for the second part of our training. The familiarity of faces and the shared anticipation bound us together as a community committed to professional growth. Gathering once more in the spirit of camaraderie, we began the day with a heartfelt prayer, acknowledging our gratitude for the opportunity to learn and improve. Mrs. Nabong's warm welcome enveloped us, reminding us of the importance of our collective journey toward excellence. Mrs. Aguas returned to the podium, her smile radiant with pride as she reintroduced Mrs. David. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, Mrs. David's guidance was a beacon of light, illuminating the path toward refining our research endeavors.
