And the heavy usage reasoning they gave is a lie. Not once did they question my usage... and not once did they raise any alarms. In fact. I didn't use their service for roughly 2-3 months any more than a regular user as im travelling. Dishonest. Cheats. Poor business management. They make out their product is the best. But they can't solve a simple issue, and always blame OPENAI for issues. Despite debunking that issue with them already.

By the way, I was an early adopter and using over 12 months, as a paying user, paying over $1,000USD for their service and came as a recommendation from TAAIFT.

It should be noted that I provided multiple ticket requests to the Olympia team advising them of bugs and update suggestions of which many were implemented improving their overall service. However they are plagued with an ongoing bug which they deem as an OPENAI issue. However I provided them with feedback saying it wasn't the case, of which they were unable to find a solution for in 12 months. Yes that's right I was a paying user for 12 months. I don't recommend this service. After being banned publically for leaving a review. I can only suggest you tread carefully also.

The software is plagued with problems where mid discussion it will just throw up an error 'I'm sorry, I encountered an error during processing. Please try again.' And then your coversation ends. Its a web based tool, not an app, so making on the fly discussions rather cumbersome. Also, its super expensive. ChatGPT PLUS with extensions is actually a much better deal. Im hopign for improvements. But for now, this is a 3 star. Especially from a price to functionality perspective.
