As soon as your March 2nd message arrived, we immediately canceled your subscription and issued a refund. We requested details on what you were dissatisfied about so we can improve, but never heard back. You can always cancel instantly in the app’s settings—no email needed. We’ve also rolled out new features—like photo-based character uploads and improved illustration consistency—that we hope you’ll find useful.
