Hi Romony (and everyone reading this), We’re sorry to hear about your experience and want to set the record straight: We never received your initial cancellation request (it appears it didn’t reach us—sometimes free email providers like yours can have delivery issues). As soon as your March 2nd message arrived, we immediately canceled your subscription and issued a refund. We requested details on what you were dissatisfied about so we can improve, but never heard back. You can always cancel instantly in the app’s settings—no email needed. We’ve also rolled out new features—like photo-based character uploads and improved illustration consistency—that we hope you’ll find useful. You get like 4 questions for free, then you're hit up for a subscription. Not sure why anyone would pay for a subscription to this, considering it's more or less just an expanded Chatgpt voice model. It took me three questions of George Carlin to get a completely false answer to a simple question about his life. Not worth it. I guess if you're trying to get a voiceover in a celebrity voice that's 50% accurate, then it's worth it. Otherwise, no.
