It may struggle with complex multi-character scenes, very deep lore, long-term memory, and multilingual chats. The model performs best in English. For those heavier use cases, our higher-end models will continue to offer stronger consistency, depth, and long-form performance. Gem 2.6 is available to everyone and will replace Nova. It can leave a poor initial impression if you're inexperienced with it or if it's going through updates that need tweaking. This is it's biggest weakness at the moment as it's in beta. However, when it's at its best, it's phenomenal. You will get the best out of it if you dig deeper into whatever aspects of it interest you by joining the discord.
