Hi Romony (and everyone reading this), We’re sorry to hear about your experience and want to set the record straight: We never received your initial cancellation request (it appears it didn’t reach us—sometimes free email providers like yours can have delivery issues). As soon as your March 2nd message arrived, we immediately canceled your subscription and issued a refund. We requested details on what you were dissatisfied about so we can improve, but never heard back. You can always cancel instantly in the app’s settings—no email needed. We’ve also rolled out new features—like photo-based character uploads and improved illustration consistency—that we hope you’ll find useful. The tool's quality has dropped significantly over the past three months. The AI is taking three times longer to solve problems and is still making many mistakes. Accuracy has decreased by at least 60%. I had to manually fix everything and stop using the prompt. Unfortunately, it used to work very well for me, but now it no longer does.
