There is nothing like that out there, especially with a high voice-based translation quality (including with specific terminology). As the Product Manager, I am a bit biased, but I still think it is great for live interpretation :) -

If you have your own brain to understand a chat session with it, this will be surpassing any biased human therapist out there. Thank you for creating and training DreamDecoder, one of the few service worth my money monthly without a blink. I rarely pay for SaaS'es, but when I do, it means it's totally worth all the pennies.
