I wanted to try the PDF to presentation deck function. But because there is no free trial for that I contacted sales to see how I could try or whether there was a refund policy. The gist: No free trial for importing PDFs, no refunds, and if I want to see if this could be a suitable solution, I would have to first “refer and earn AI credits”, which I think I would not do without even being able to use the product myself. Surprising lack of effort to gain new customers actually interested in this tool.

Great tool. But the pricing seems a little ambitious to me, with the first paid level at $79 a month. That's a big jump from free, especially for an AI-based service/tool.
