The employee insights were particularly eye-opening – it helped us see which aspects of our service guests appreciated most. This gave us a much better understanding of where we’re doing well and where we can improve. The response assistant was also a great feature. The suggested replies were surprisingly accurate. As a small hotel, we don’t always have time to write detailed responses to every review, so this tool could be a real game-changer.
