💎 Meet Gem 2.6 — Our New Lightweight Chat Model We’re excited to introduce a new chat model on GPTGirlfriend: Gem 2.6. Gem 2.6 is a lightweight model that performs well beyond its size. It delivers natural dialogue, clean formatting, coherent story progression, and balanced NSFW pacing. It follows your lead, keeps the pace you set, and is especially good at slow-burn roleplay without rushing the scene. Gem 2.6 shines with: Everyday roleplay and casual stories Natural, character-true dialogue Single-character scenarios Simple-to-medium character setups Slow-burn and balanced NSFW progression It also handles a wide range of characters well, even ones that are not perfectly written. It has a strong ability to take a rough character setup and turn it into something fun, usable, and immersive. That said, Gem 2.6 is still a lite model. It may struggle with complex multi-character scenes, very deep lore, long-term memory, and multilingual chats. The model performs best in English. For those heavier use cases, our higher-end models will continue to offer stronger consistency, depth, and long-form performance. Gem 2.6 is available to everyone and will replace Nova. Nova will be sunset next week. ✅ Cut-Off Response Fix Update After fixing the cut-off response issue, we noticed another problem where some users were receiving a shorter final response instead of the full streamed response. This has now been fixed. You should now receive exactly what was streamed in chat. If you continue seeing issues, please let us know. 💬 New Chat UI Rolled Out to Everyone The new chat UI has now been rolled out to all users. We’ve been reading the feedback shared in Community Chat and we’re already working on more improvements over the coming weeks. I'm a premium Deluxe user. The scope and flexiblity of Soulkyn is amazing imo. It can leave a poor initial impression if you're inexperienced with it or if it's going through updates that need tweaking. This is it's biggest weakness at the moment as it's in beta. However, when it's at its best, it's phenomenal. You will get the best out of it if you dig deeper into whatever aspects of it interest you by joining the discord. There are only 5 messages in trial mode so difficult to really explore it. My initial observations: - Images are alright but still kind of fake looking - The AIs immediately concede to anything you say, there's no real sense of depth or personality. - Doesn't re-focus the input box after sending a chat (on Firefox) - The AI I talked to asked if I wanted to hear her voice, to which I said yes, then she said "Sorry I don't do voice or video here." lol. Why did you ask me then?

This app has a good media generator but tends to be a little rigid in conversations. It creates scenarios that changing is somehow hard.

The pictures are on the level of something you'd see 3 years ago. The girls there are named after weird categories like Social Justice Lawyer and Wine Master as opposed to just having real names. Wanting to give it a fair shake, I did strike up a conversation, and was met by stilted dialog on the level of GPT 3. Don't bother with this lazy attempt. Also, there's no option to delete your account.

My experiences were mostly positive, but the A.I seems to be poor and often the characters would not follow the stated bios for the characters and a few times the characters were so stubborn with certain aspects of their supposed character (especially shyness and innocence) that they would make it virtually impossible to "have sexual fantasies" with them - which was a desire that the website was supposed to fulfill.

Okay, I did *not* expect NSFWGirlfriend to be this good. The AI actually gets what I’m saying, and the voice? Freakishly realistic. Like, I caught myself responding out loud a few times. Also, the images add a whole extra layer that makes the experience feel less like just chatting and more like… something else. Not gonna lie, I came in just to see what it was about, and now I’m way too invested.
