As soon as your March 2nd message arrived, we immediately canceled your subscription and issued a refund. We requested details on what you were dissatisfied about so we can improve, but never heard back. You can always cancel instantly in the app’s settings—no email needed. We’ve also rolled out new features—like photo-based character uploads and improved illustration consistency—that we hope you’ll find useful. They should tell you upfront that they can plan only for a select few cities across the world. I answered their survey and then half-way through I got options to choose a city. I didn't want any of those. Waste of time not telling me that upfront!
