It's not free to try. Giving my email credit card name and all before I can even take a look at it is not free in my definition. Also seems to be vastly overselling their capabilities in the vid. No explanation how it works ust empty promisese

The market research provided by Osum is of top notch. I was blown away by the kind of reports related to competitor analysis, SWOT analysis. PDF export functionality is something I requested them and happy that they will introduce this feature in next release. So far so good.

Hi Peter, Osum definitely works, and there is a button clearly labelled "Export to PDF" where you can include your own logos on export. You are welcome to use the support chat box available in your dashboard to let us know about any bugs. We respond very quickly to resolve issues.

Price guide on TIAAIFT is $49.99 but the bottom tier is $89.99 (even at 33% 12-month prepaid) so that's not a great start. Then you have the pricing model, 7-day free trial after providing your card information, when you could easy give a credit to test the service without having to paywall people for it hoping we forget to unsubscribe. These are all issues users time and time again point out as a poor way to do business, yet it never changed.

Dear Dylan, I'm shocked at how incredibly inaccurate your review is: Firstly when you go to https://osum.com/pricing you can toggle the plan level down by one tier on Pro, and you'll see $49.99 per year when paid annually. Second, we've just completed major upgrades to the breadth and depth of reports, including significant upgrades to the depth of content available to Pro-tier and Expert-tier users AND made sample previews available directly in the rows on the table below the plan option boxes: https://osum.com/pricing you can hover your mouse over each to see an example of what you get in that feature. Third, we make the process crystal clear when users sign up, on exactly how the trial works with complete transparency. It is completely infeasible for us to offer free full custom report samples to anyone who signs up without a clear commitment in good faith to potentially be a long-term customer of Osum. Why? Because systems behind Osum that enable us to deliver you these reports with a high level of depth and accuracy are expensive to operate. Simply put. Now, I find it very concerning that your review does not even cover the quality of the reports that Osum offers. You only comment on the surface level on the site. So, are you even a customer? Did you even sign up to actually try? Let's look at your history of comments on other products. You made one 5 star review with a comment on another product when you first joined, allow me to highlight a particular phrase because this is key to my next point: "developer listens and actions requests that are helpful, and reasonable, and that is something you won't get with the larger developers for months" Now I look in our intercom (btw, we provide live chat and let's look at the latest ticket: "You’ll get replies here and in your email: ✉️ {redacted} Our usual reply time 🕒 under 10 minutes" Curious is it not? Now let's search "Dylan" - NOTHING. You did not contact us at any point. I don't consider your review to be serious or posted in good faith in any way. All you've done since your first 5 star review is bomb other products with 1 star and post complete nonsense on other pages. On another product for "finding song meanings" you said "Go to Fiverr or Freelancer and get a brand designer, sneaker designer to go over this with you, this is not an AI tool, this is a design request." - HUH?! that's not a design tool. On another product for video personalization you said "Bard (Gemini) - Owned by Google does this already" - HUH?! no it doesn't. Are YOU an AI? What are you even doing other than posting one biased review of something you're probably invested in and putting others on blast with nonsense? Now the only point you've made that could in some reality make a modicum of sense is around that quoted $49.99 figure. Here's where we are with that. I did in fact attempt to update our profile for Osum on TAAFT to change, a couple of weeks ago, the quote "Free from $49.99/mo" to "Try for 7 days from $74.99/mo" however it doesn't seem to have been reflected on the listing. I'll check in with the TAAFT team on this.

I looked everywhere and all I can find is $1079 per year. Then I scrolled to a different section and found $599 per year. Where do we toggle down from Pro tier for $49.99 per year like you described? I can’t figure out what you’re talking about. Pretty bad even the company critiquing a review in their review gets it wrong.. I’m so confused. What do we get for $49.99 per year compared to the $599 per year on pro?
