The sound quality is so poor you cannot really use the output for anything apart from making karaoke tracks for personal enjoyment. Local SEO has never been easier. The Local Falcon AI recommendations have worked so well that our ranking has has increased by 8 to 10 positions for literally five of the keywords that people use to find our business. Now they have Apple Maps/ Apple Business Connect rank tracking too (no AI recommendations for Apple Maps yet though - but I would guess that is coming soon). Super impressed.

No free use because I use a VPN?? I'm out. I should have a choice to stay private if I want to and still be able to review the product without penalty. Others allow it - I will use them before buying. If you have that big of an issue with what you feel are multiple accounts using your free services, then reduce the amount of free use.
