Sometimes you have to run it a few times with the same prompt to get something usable, but even then it probably won't be what you are thinking in your head. That being said, I think it is a good start, and for kids that just want to color something for free, it's cool to play with. It is definitely not the same quality as even the lower-end HuggingFace Stable Diffusion projects. -

2,03228Released 1y agoFree + from $18.99/moIt really helps in coding. I let chatgpt create a code, and copy paste and ask claude to check it if it can be done better. Well, it is really fun! I also use its Image creation tool to create posts for social media. Having a tool that uses Stability AI API to create photorealistic images is really helpful. Overall 5 Stars, especially for only 8.99 per month. It is the same price like a coffee latte but has really much more value :D

That’s more generous than many competitors. But the cracks show quickly. There’s no calling function, and the subscription model $9.99 per month for unlimited messages—feels too barebones for the price. The platform also lacks proper tagging for models, making discovery awkward, and the limited male variety makes it feel unbalanced for users seeking more options. To improve, DreamTavern should expand its male character selection, refine its model tagging, and add immersive features like calling. Compared with Character AI, which offers depth, diversity, and memory, DreamTavern still feels half-baked.
