It was only in place during our early launch (before login) to prevent abuse; now that sign‑in is live, it’s no longer needed. • The free plan currently includes 2 song generations per day plus unlimited listening/streaming. (Downloads are available on paid plans.) AI music generation is expensive to run, so we can’t make unlimited usage completely free, but we’re committed to keeping a useful free tier and transparent pricing. That’s more generous than many competitors. But the cracks show quickly. There’s no calling function, and the subscription model $9.99 per month for unlimited messages—feels too barebones for the price. The platform also lacks proper tagging for models, making discovery awkward, and the limited male variety makes it feel unbalanced for users seeking more options. To improve, DreamTavern should expand its male character selection, refine its model tagging, and add immersive features like calling. Compared with Character AI, which offers depth, diversity, and memory, DreamTavern still feels half-baked.
