Their customer service is what saves this. I attempt to use the software, and offered a free trial for a professional voice clone, however one signed up it required me to pay in order to try what was offered as free. I figured I would try it anyways, paid for the software, tried it out. The voices do not offer good emotional quality and sounded extremely robotic. Customer service did offer me a full refund once I explain the situation and how it would not work for my use case. I wish to see further reiterations of this, it has potential, it’s just not there yet.

The high-fidelity audio it generates is professional grade. I love that I can experiment with the free credits daily without worrying about copyright strikes. Yes, the downloads are behind a subscription, but given the "pro" output, I find it very reasonable.
