Is it lawful for debt collectors to demand payment from you even after you have settled the amount they previously communicated?
I'm trying to set up a trust to protect my mother's home from creditors before and after she dies there is nothing more of value in her estate should I do revokable or irrevocable trust. Possibly save on taxes as well
