I found this telegram bot especially useful now that Upwork has removed the RSS feature. It helps me get notifications about relevant jobs while I'm away from keyboard. What I have noticed is that the quality of generated proposals increases significantly when you not just upload your standard resume / CV, but use an "extended" version of it, where you list as much info as possible, all your portfolio items, all your skills. Something that's too much for a regular CV. I already had such a document; I used it in another similar tool. Also liking the feature where you can reply to the generated proposal and make small changes because it's not very convenient to edit text on the phone. Also it's not mentioned anywhere, but it can also generate answers to questions (when they exist in a job). The proposal generator is also very attentive and when the clients asks to include the word "pineapple", it does so. But I tested it for only one day. One thing I'd like the author to improve is to make the "JOB ANALYZER" a bit better. Now it sends lots of information, most of it just water. Would love to see some condensed analysis. Not sure how to do this. -

This is a fantastic tool for creating a bespoke chatbot that understands the nuances of your business. It's so easy to set up, works with all the platforms I use, like Slack, Google Drive, Notion, and Zapier, and it's massively helped with customer service queries. Would definitely recommend.

If voice agents break on real conversations, you’re losing leads silently -> ~20% conversion drop. How often do calls actually complete successfully end-to-end?

Callfluent is NOT ready for commercial use. I signed up, followed their tutorials to a tee, and could not get voice bot to work. The bot would hallucinate about dates, and would actually argue with me about days dates. I tried to connect with their support, and kept getting the same replies -- to not use the web based calling feature. I was actually calling by phone to test the bot. Support is TONE DEAF. I sent call recordings, transcriptions, and detailed list of issues by email. They kept repeating the same answers... almost as if they use their own garbage AI for tech support. I requested a ZOOM call with their "onboarding specialist" and was given access to a calendar, with the soonest appointment 8 days away. I requested a sooner appointment and the specialist started offering me times IN THE PAST. Again, I think they use their own AI for support or scheduling. I would stay away from this product. Not very good at all. Avoid at all costs if you wish to have a successful AI chat and voice bot.

This has to be one of the best tools I started to use this year. Managed to fully automate the whole review requests on Google, Yelp, and TripAdvisor for my business and by using the AI feature to respond to all reviews we’ve saved hours of work every week!
