As soon as your March 2nd message arrived, we immediately canceled your subscription and issued a refund. We requested details on what you were dissatisfied about so we can improve, but never heard back. You can always cancel instantly in the app’s settings—no email needed. We’ve also rolled out new features—like photo-based character uploads and improved illustration consistency—that we hope you’ll find useful. This is an amazing free app that uses community created characters. All AI processing is done on your local computer and doesn’t get loaded to some cloud database. Also, there is a paid cloud service that’s $15 a month but that’s not the focus of what they provide.
