Tried to fix a cropped travel photo and it worked great. The AI naturally expanded the sky and beach, so the image fit a 16:9 YouTube thumbnail without any visible seams or quality loss.

Absolutely PERFECT!!! After several image files with multiple fonts and subtleties therein, it never missed a single character. Several files transcribed accurately in less time than it would have taken me to do one manually. I can see myself needing to do this in "batches" possibly and it appears as though I'll be able to do that as well, although I have no idea as to the parameters there, but I'm sure it'll tell ya if you are trying to process too many at once. If I could add one constructive addendum, a line of text on the super clean UI to tell folks the file formats for the input. PNG files uploaded and processed quickly, but only figured that out when I couldn't get a .JPG to upload, but I figured it out quickly ... some may not. What's new: Nano Banana Pro โ A new premium option we added with higher resolution (4K) and advanced features (requires subscription) The free version is still available on the homepage under the "Nano Banana" tab. You can use it for free. We added Pro as an optional upgrade for users who want higher quality outputs. I hope this clears things up, and thank you for using our service!

It's pretty cool. There is a free plan/membership.That means that you get free 100 image credits every month that will refresh (on the date you created the account, not on every first of month). Seems to have relatively mild filters. Faces of celebs seem to be blocked. You can type in the name of a celeb and it will create a picture but the face will be a fragmented colorful mess. It has a in-painting function and you can enlarge the canvas (both are separate functions that will cost as much credits as the generation of an image. However it is possible to create NSFW images, if you're into that.
