🐦 Pounce v2.4 — Smoother Setup & Sharper Sessions 🎨 A Redesigned Onboarding 1. Setting up a campaign is cleaner and more guided — the setup, refine, and new-campaign flows now share a consistent, step-by-step experience that's easier to follow start to finish. 2. Every step breathes better and reads more clearly, so getting Pounce dialed in feels effortless whether it's your first campaign or your fifth. 🛡️ Reply With Confidence 1. New explanations on the homepage and throughout setup spell out exactly why using Pounce won't get your account banned or suspended. 2. Know what Pounce can and can't do before you connect — no more guessing about account safety. 📒 A Reply Log That Makes Sense 1. Your reply log now groups replies by day, so your history reads like a timeline instead of an endless list. 2. Filter by platform or by account to zero in on exactly the replies you want to review. ⚡ Sharper Sessions 1. Your queue now flags tweets from people you interact with frequently, so familiar faces are easy to spot at a glance. 2. The "here's what you're missing" digest email has a clearer subject line — see how many tweets are waiting and what they're about before you even open it.

Marsad here, founder of brandjet. After years in GTM, including work with Fortune 500 teams, I kept seeing the same problem: every startup and agency was juggling a stack of tools just to run outreach. Email in one place, LinkedIn in another, WhatsApp and Instagram somewhere else, plus deliverability tools, analytics, and CRMs. It was chaos. Brand intelligence and outreach never spoke to each other. So we built BrandJet, a single command centre for both. All your outreach channels live in one platform: email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Instagram. You get shared and channel-level analytics, along with an AI unibox that handles sentiment and lead categorization. What I’m most proud of is our monitoring tool. It lets you track sentiment, mentions, keywords, and even how AI systems interpret your brand. Any topic, any company, and everything feeds directly into your outreach automations. No guesswork. No hassle. Just clear signals and fast action. If you’re tired of SaaS bloat and want to see what a unified GTM platform feels like, give it a try. I’d love to hear what you think

I get the idea, but personalisation feature not even close to what you would expect from a product like this. What a shame!

Great chatbot builder, managed to get one up and working quickly. Once trained, it can coherently answer about anything I put on my website Features are a little on the bare side though, but new ones seem to spring up every other day so I suppose the team is very active in building it. Also the basic ones that I need are all in and working very well.

Feels like outbound is shifting from manual SDR work to autonomous sales agents. Are your users mostly SaaS founders running their own outbound, or larger sales teams?

The product looks framed like an outreach tool, but it actually behaves more like an AI outbound pipeline builder. That difference probably affects perceived value and pricing. I mapped where the positioning might be leaking revenue, happy to share if useful.
