8,62985Released 5y agoFrom $20Decent stem splitting, but no better than free options, and definitely not worth paying for. The sound quality is so poor you cannot really use the output for anything apart from making karaoke tracks for personal enjoyment. Don't even think of using Lalal if you're a professional producer who needs to split a mixed song due to lost stems etc.

In theory, it looks pretty good but I don't want to have to subscribe to something before I can really try it. I received one suggestion, asked for a melody for that one eight-syllable line. I received four options and that was it. My "free trial" was done. It then kept taking me to a page to subscribe to a paid plan. It honestly looks like something I'd be interesting in using, but not without trying.

Although a good idea in principle, the generic and nonsensical next line suggestions could best be compared to the "poetry" of an 11-year-old on mushrooms, and the AI doesn't even understand how I want to structure my song. Spend your money on MasterWriter instead.

Downside: A very, very miserly 3 free creation credits and the only way to get more is to subscribe. Overall: Using this felt like easily 1-2 generations ahead of competitors like Udio. I guess that's why it isn't free.
