Aitherapy has been a great help for me as due to my injuries from an accident I can't drive. The great thing is the 24/7 availability coz I can't get much sleep and having Aitherapy there at 3am to talk to has been very helpful. What I also like about Aitherapy is the approach, instead of telling me things what I should do and etc. I get asked "how can you improve *****?" which gets me thinking and coming up with the correct thing. Doing it in that way Aitherapy has helped me to figure out and understand many things that I did not before!! I would recommend Aitherapy to anyone needing any kind of mental health support! It has been the most valuable help in my recovery and healing process from an accident that changed my life in every way!! I want to say thank you to Ali and the team for their great work and keep doing what you are!!

The concept is great! The simplicity of the UI is making it more appealing. From my peronal opinion, I'd recommend a little bit of customization such as dark\light mode, and assigning a name for the LLM. Also, adding voice will be a great feature

Talking to people has always been hard for me. I tend to overthink, freeze up, or just shut down completely. I wasn’t sure what to expect with Aitherapy, but it’s honestly been a huge help. It gives me space to open up without feeling judged or pressured. I can go at my own pace, and somehow it feels like it gets me. I’ve started to understand myself better, and it’s even helped me feel more confident in real conversations with people. If you struggle with opening up or just need someone (or something) to talk to when everything feels overwhelming, I definitely recommend trying it. It’s made a difference in my life.

I’m working a pretty stressful job, and I’ve been using Aitherapy before meetings to get my mind right. It helps me breathe, slow down, and stop second-guessing myself. Very good for my spiraling sessions But I need the mobile app. I love this thing, but I’m tired of pulling it up in a browser tab. The support is real. The advice actually helps. Just please hurry with the app it would make this so much easier.

I've found this tool to be genuinely helpful for organizing my thoughts and reflecting on how I feel. It's not a replacement for a human therapist, of course, but it's a great support tool between sessions or when I need quick clarity. The questions are thoughtful and non-judgmental, which I appreciate. Some parts still feel a bit generic, but overall, it’s a meaningful step in the right direction

First things first - it's built specifically for this purpose. That shows intention. Kudos, and thank you to the creators. Secondly - it's very intuitive, and adapts to prompts really well. You can nudge it in a direction and it'll steer due north from that point on. The analysis is insightful, without being alienating or overwhelming. That's a fine balance to have achieved. This chatbot has better thought and deeper responses compared to alternatives. I also like that it remembers what we talked in previous days, even though I would like to see the past conversations myself too.
