Privacy-first is strong, but in this category retention usually comes from daily workflow dependency.
Do users actually replace their main tool, or use it alongside others?

Looked at Notis recently.
The product is framed as an AI intern, but the real value seems to be automating repetitive business operations.
That difference probably affects conversion and pricing perception.

Runable makes it surprisingly easy to turn rough ideas into real outputs like slides, pages, and visuals without a lot of friction. The interface feels intuitive, and it’s great for quickly going from concept to something you can actually share. For anyone who works with ideas a lot, it saves a ton of time and mental energy.

ngl, Runable is the ultimate cheat code for shipping fast. i basically use it to spin up entire dashboards and internal tools in like 5 minutes without having to fight with React state or CSS boilerplate all day. it’s not 100% perfect yet, but having an agent that can actually execute tasks instead of just yapping about them is such a move.

Runable became really useful for me when I started using it to turn small AI experiments into quick, shareable demos. Instead of keeping ideas as scripts on my laptop, I could package them so others could actually run and test them. It made it much easier to show what I built and get real feedback. Definitely made experimenting with AI feel more practical for me.

@SureThing - Cloud-First OpenClaw Alternative
I’ve been using this autonomous agent for the past several weeks, and I have to say — it just works.
Yesterday it helped me recover $129 from a subscription I forgot to cancel. It’s also helped me build several small but surprisingly useful web apps, manage and monitor my servers, keep an eye on database performance, and track new user acquisition.
It even keeps me updated on what my dev team is doing. I no longer have to ping them for updates — SureThing reads their commits and code changes and explains everything to me in plain English.
Honestly, I can’t imagine working without it anymore. And I am still exploring.

@SureThing - Cloud-First OpenClaw Alternative
Actually changed how I run things
I manage two Amazon stores and an AI SaaS product. At any given time I have supplier follow-ups, customer issues, product launches, and marketing threads all running in parallel.
The thing that kept breaking down wasn't the work — it was the overhead of tracking it. Which email did I say I'd reply to? Did I follow up on that listing issue? Where did that conversation with the vendor end?
SureThing handles that layer. It remembers what's pending, drafts replies before I remember I need to send them, and runs the routine stuff — email triage, Twitter interactions — while I'm focused elsewhere.
Woke up one morning to find it had already handled overnight Twitter activity, archived the noise, and flagged one thread I actually needed to act on. No prompts from me.
It's not perfect. I've corrected it a handful of times. But it learns from those corrections — same mistake doesn't repeat. That's what separates it from everything else I've tried.

Thanks! Security was a priority from day one. All integrations connect via OAuth — no API keys are stored on our side or locally. Your credentials never touch our servers. On top of that: SOC 2 Type 1 certified, encryption in transit and at rest, and you control exactly which tools require your approval before executing. Your data is never sold or used for model training.

Honestly SurfSense is amazing, I use it almost every morning to get an mp3/podcast of my Gmail, Gcal and urgent Linear tickets so I know exactly what's going on that day. It's also insane for board games because I just throw the rulebooks in and share it with my friends so we can chat with the AI together to figure out how to play. And it is scarily good at untangling and explaining really complex rules when we encounter some weird situation!

Great all-round tool for research, communications and automations. Can be really useful for a wide variety of usecases like making slides, researching flights, etc. I also made a video on it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F0jQ7wpJylQ

@Tendem
I work on the Tendem team, so take this with that context — but I also use the product constantly for my own work.
I've used Tendem to research AI directories — finding relevant ones, pulling submission requirements, organizing everything into a spreadsheet I could act on. I've also used it for copy edits — sending over drafts and getting back tightened, polished versions without going back and forth with a prompt ten times.
The thing that keeps me coming back is how little I have to think about the handoff. I describe what I need, send it, and move on to something else. It's slower than getting a ChatGPT response, sure. But I get something finished — not a starting point I still need to rework.
When you use AI tools for this kind of work, you trade waiting time for cleanup time. Tendem flips that. I'd rather wait and get a result I can use than get a fast draft I have to fix myself.

(API user) really decent on coding tasks, price is affordable. On par with other frontier models for small to medium refactors.

I started with OpenClaw on a sandboxed environment on my Mac, but now trying ZeroClaw on a very old Thinkpad with Ubuntu. Feels more non-dev friendly and seems to handle security better.

Openclaw isn't nothing new, is something that other people might make, will make and improve upon it. Although, great "new Ai", still waiting for updates. Maybe some research into it from the createor, keep up!

I am a bit worried about the security of such a tool, but other than that, this is an amazing piece of software :)

This is Amazing! While there are inherent risks in giving a LLM access to your environment, and trusting it with content read from the internet, for a certain risk profile it unlocks amazing results.

We have been using it a lot because of the generous credits. I have yet to run up against a daily usage limit. Strong analytical skiils and seeing ability to be flexible with the guidance.

Ok, so this AI really finds its niche. I think the developer smartly identified a real user pain point. YouTube works well in general, but there’s still a lot of room to improve the search experience for people who want to learn systematically.
The last time I tried to learn Arabic, I opened several tabs and quickly felt overwhelmed. I didn’t know what to watch first, what should come next, or what I could skip. Then a friend recommended FindTube. I typed the same keywords—“Learning Arabic”—and it showed me a structured set of videos to choose from.

Super interesting tool! I’ve been using FindTube to learn data analysis, and it solved a problem I always had with YouTube—I could easily collect too many tutorials, but I was always lost about where to start, and everything felt unstructured.

Been feeding it my datasets and analysis notes, it's surprisingly good at spotting connections I overlooked. Used it to prep for a presentation and the way it organized my messy statistical findings actually made sense.

Started using it a couple of days ago, largely to have a place for things I learn in You Tube videos right now. I love the summary features and the ability to edit notes. I can also see it will be very helpful once I have more content in there to ask questions. Really fantastic tool! I look forward to seeing what new features it gets in the future, but even now it's exactly what I've been looking for.
