They offer anonymous payments, IP and fingerprint protection, encrypted instances, anonymous usage. You can tell they addressed privacy concerns around AI very seriously. I love that my chat history cannot be traced to me in any way. Their interface is user-friendly and provides unlimited access to the most popular AI models like Claude 3.5 Sonnet, GPT-4 mini, Llama 3.1 405B, etc..., and the cool thing is, they can all be used at the same time! Most AI features are included: file uploads, voice interaction, text-to-speech, and so on. In short, another excellent AI discovery thanks to TAAFT!

That’s more generous than many competitors. But the cracks show quickly. There’s no calling function, and the subscription model $9.99 per month for unlimited messages—feels too barebones for the price. The platform also lacks proper tagging for models, making discovery awkward, and the limited male variety makes it feel unbalanced for users seeking more options. To improve, DreamTavern should expand its male character selection, refine its model tagging, and add immersive features like calling. Compared with Character AI, which offers depth, diversity, and memory, DreamTavern still feels half-baked.

31,874119Released 2y agoFree + from $8.25/moit’s a cool tool if you wanna chat with made up characters or build your own. works fine and feels fun. the ui could def be better organized. alsooo letting people upload any pic for their characters makes things kinda messy, some look 🔥, some are like 144p pics. would be sick if they added a 'generate image' button that uses your character's description or lets you write one for it.
