There is a free plan/membership.That means that you get free 100 image credits every month that will refresh (on the date you created the account, not on every first of month). Seems to have relatively mild filters. Faces of celebs seem to be blocked. You can type in the name of a celeb and it will create a picture but the face will be a fragmented colorful mess. It has a in-painting function and you can enlarge the canvas (both are separate functions that will cost as much credits as the generation of an image. However it is possible to create NSFW images, if you're into that. -

3,47627Released 1y agoFrom $19There are numerous competing products, but this one is the best in my opinion. It is cheaper (only $9.99) for well over 100 pics, and the quality is great. They aren't all perfect, but I found some really great pictures. I think the quality and likeness in this product is better than similar tools I have tried.

2,91239Released 1y agoFrom $29It clearly states that you need to use Google Colab or your own server. However, I totally agree that the claim of unlimited image generation is misleading. There should be an app for mobile devices and PCs. I bought this on the first day with high expectations, and I was very disappointed. I ended up creating my own setup on Colab, and I’m moving it to a local software build that doesn’t depend on VMs.

It's 100% insert a photo and put a filter over it or change it into another AI image. Signing up for an account gets you 4 credits. Enough for one image to image generation. Instead, you should go to aistudio.google.com. This Dreamega site is just using google to generate their stuff anyways. You can do this yourself without paying per generation, the only difference is you need to type the prompt yourself. Is it worth paying some overblown monthly subscription on Dreamega for something you can do yourself or something you'll probably only do once? -
