david🙏 6 karmaMay 21, 2026@Melody GenieI spent a few days on the free plan testing Melody Genie to draft verses and choruses in different artist styles, and it nailed the vocabulary and flow more often than not. The tool's ability to switch tones and produce coherent punchlines made it effortless to iterate on song ideas. Maybe till now the best lyric generator out there with a huge difference

Not very impressive in usefulness. Small tweaks and it could be super.

Clicking "Generate" produces a nearly unbearable and completely un-rhythmic string of noises in a very robotic sounding awkward style. Good example of how much further we need to progress in AI to actually create music people would willingly listen to. Background music for a video might be fine, but this AI is not suitable for that, either. This AI's output sounds like randomly selected sounds at randomly chosen times and repeating in a loop.
