Judging by the sign-ups and upgrades, it looks like more people are finding it useful. You are right about #1 and that line does sound a bit dishonest and salesy - which was unintentional so I’m changing that. After using myself and getting great summarization reviews from my peers, I decided to release it to the public. After release, we realized people were also using it for Dungeons and Dragons, I then added a DnD mode. This tool is non-invasive, very easy to set up, and perfect for meetings. KnowNotes is extremely helpful for students, especially if you have ADHD. It automatically transcribes lectures, takes notes, and generates study materials for you. It makes it so much more convenient to study!

I paid 10.00 and on the same day I cancelled my subscription. After providing me with a summary of a specific book, it also gives me the 10 main quotes from the book. I purchased the book from Kindle, so I tried to match the quotes given by booknotes with the Kindle book, and none of the quotes are on the book. In other words, booknotes created the quotes... If the quotes are fabricated by AI, what else in the summary is also not accurate? I still want to give this site the benefit that they will get it right, but right now, I cannot recommend it as a reliable tool.

What's new about this app? Apple's Notes app does a similar task and it's totally free with unlimited audio
