Eyre is an all-in-one AI-powered platform designed to facilitate and enhance collaborative meetings. It incorporates a virtual whiteboard interface where teams can brainstorm ideas, visualise concepts, assign tasks, and track progress in real-time.
One of Eyre's key features is its AI assistant, Jane, which is powered by GPT-4 and can create a whiteboard template for the meeting. This helps users easily share and access meeting materials, organize ideas, and visualize concepts.
The platform also allows for interactive meetings with functionalities like sketching diagrams, annotating, and adding sticky notes to the digital canvas.
Task management can be integrated within the meeting environment, enabling users to create action items directly from the whiteboard, assign tasks, set deadlines and track progress.

Say "Hey Siri, start my Hedy session" before walking into a meeting, or stop recording without reaching for your device. Perfect for when your hands are full or you want to stay focused on the conversation. ⏸️ Inactivity Auto-Pause Long gaps in conversation? Hedy can now automatically pause your session when no speech is detected, then resume when talking starts again. This keeps your transcripts clean and saves your recording time for actual discussion. Enable this in your meeting settings. 🎯 Smart Session Type Defaults Topics now remember your preferred session type. If your "Client Calls" topic always uses Coaching mode, Hedy defaults to that automatically when you start a new session in that topic. One less thing to configure every time. 🗓️ Date-Aware AI Hedy now understands temporal context in your conversations. Ask about "last week's discussion" or "what we decided yesterday" and Hedy knows what timeframe you mean.
