Run Merra on a req and it felt like a real first round. Candidates chat back and forth not a one way video. Setup took minutes and I picked the voice and questions. The scorecard and transcript made shortlisting easy. Free trial covers a small batch then you hit the paywall. For fast screening this is a win.
