Ormind (https://ormind.ai) was rebuilt from scratch with the following improvements:
- State-of-the-art proprietary CodeAct agent framework (top 5 in GAIA benchmark as of April 2025)
- Outputs of deep research = executive summaries + beautiful companion website (displayed side-by-side), which allows you to quickly grasp insights and choose what to dive into. As opposed to long output reports that other generalist agents offer.
- AI-powered WYSIWYG website editor to polish the websites you create until they reach your quality standards (note: pitch decks can be built as websites, and Ormind is therefore a great tool for pitch decks).
- Integration with Zapier MCP so that Ormind communicates with your apps
- Long-term Memory --> The AI learns about you and can retrieve context from previous conversations.
- Agents tools upgraded and maintained state-of-the-art as fast as possible (it's hard to keep up!). Examples as of 08/2025: "pause_and_think" --> Grok 4, "text-to-image with text" --> Imagen 4, "text-to-image without text" --> Flux 1.1 (depending on whether there's text), website coding --> Qwen 3 Coder, Q&A on files and Youtube videos --> Gemini.

Its an interesting concept that needs a better UX. Once the answer tree gets big, its impossible to navigate easily. The UI needs to be able condense and expand branches. It also needs a way to print or share the output.

it’s a cool tool if you wanna chat with made up characters or build your own. works fine and feels fun. the ui could def be better organized. alsooo letting people upload any pic for their characters makes things kinda messy, some look 🔥, some are like 144p pics. would be sick if they added a 'generate image' button that uses your character's description or lets you write one for it.
