- State-of-the-art proprietary CodeAct agent framework (top 5 in GAIA benchmark as of April 2025)
- Outputs of deep research = executive summaries + beautiful companion website (displayed side-by-side), which allows you to quickly grasp insights and choose what to dive into. As opposed to long output reports that other generalist agents offer.
- AI-powered WYSIWYG website editor to polish the websites you create until they reach your quality standards (note: pitch decks can be built as websites, and Ormind is therefore a great tool for pitch decks).
- Integration with Zapier MCP so that Ormind communicates with your apps
- Long-term Memory --> The AI learns about you and can retrieve context from previous conversations.
- Agents tools upgraded and maintained state-of-the-art as fast as possible (it's hard to keep up!). Examples as of 08/2025: "pause_and_think" --> Grok 4, "text-to-image with text" --> Imagen 4, "text-to-image without text" --> Flux 1.1 (depending on whether there's text), website coding --> Qwen 3 Coder, Q&A on files and Youtube videos --> Gemini.

Everest is an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered tool designed to serve as a virtual Chief of Staff for consultants and fractional executives managing multiple clients.
Its main purpose is to simplify the complexity of handling multiple clients' communications and operations spread across different platforms, such as email, calendar and Slack.
Each client is allocated their own separate AI workspace, complete with distinct files, credentials, and memory, thereby ensuring no overlap between different clients' data.
Everest aids in avoiding multi-client fragmentation, helping its users save time and focus on workflow aspects that contribute to scaling their client base.
It understands which client a request pertains to, carries out the required actions, including drafting emails or pulling data, and updates the user. It also provides daily briefs and weekly updates helping users stay abreast of all key information and tasks.
